Shipwaves Online Limited said its board approved a preferential issue of up to 3,33,20,000 convertible warrants to identified persons and entities belonging to the Promoter Group and Non-Promoter Category, aggregating up to Rs 14,99,40,000. Each warrant will be issued at a price of Rs 4.50 and be convertible into one equity share with a face value of Re. 1 each, including a premium of Rs 3.50, within 18 months. The company will seek approval for the issue from its members at its 11th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
