Malaxmi Climate Resilience Platform Private Limited acquired 2,87,99,990 equity shares, representing 52.56% of the equity share capital, of Chiraharit Limited from Dr. Tejaswini Yarlagadda on September 10, 2026, at a price of Rs 8 per share. The acquisition, which was previously disclosed under Regulation 10(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 on August 31, 2026, is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(iii) of the same regulations.

Malaxmi Climate Resilience Platform Private Limited plans to acquire 2,87,99,990 equity shares, representing 52.56% of the share capital, of Chiraharit Limited from Mrs. Tejaswini Yarlagadda for Rs 8 per share, according to a regulatory filing. The acquisition, to be completed on or after September 7, 2026, is being undertaken to consolidate the promoter’s shareholding under a corporate entity, and is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(a)(iii) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Chiraharit Limited, formerly Chiraharit Private Limited, announced that its Board of Directors will convene the 20th Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2026, and appointed Mrs. Rashida Hatim Adenwala of R & A Associates, Company Secretaries, Hyderabad, as Scrutinizer for the meeting`s voting process.

Chiraharit has received two purchase orders worth Rs 48.20 lakh from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses for supply and installation of pipes and fittings for solar module cleaning system.

Chiraharit will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2026.
