Kasturi Metal Composite Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ashish Sahani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective September 1, 2026, following a board meeting held on August 25, 2026, which commenced at 12:30 PM and concluded at 1:30 PM. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and replaces the previous Company Secretary and Compliance Officer who resigned.

Kasturi Metal Composite Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ashish Sahani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective September 1, 2026, following the resignation of the previous Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The appointment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors on August 25, 2026, as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Kasturi Metal Composite will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 April 2026.
