Kasturi Metal Composite Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results along with the limited review report for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI’s Listing Regulations. The company previously closed the trading window for designated employees and their immediate relatives on September 24, 2026, and it will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.

Kasturi Metal Composite Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited/audited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026.

Kasturi Metal Composite Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ashish Sahani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective September 1, 2026, following a board meeting held on August 25, 2026, which commenced at 12:30 PM and concluded at 1:30 PM. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and replaces the previous Company Secretary and Compliance Officer who resigned.

Kasturi Metal Composite Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ashish Sahani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective September 1, 2026, following the resignation of the previous Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The appointment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors on August 25, 2026, as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
