L.T. Elevator Limited, formerly L.T. Elevator Private Limited, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on October 9, 2026, that it has confirmed the listing of securities on stock exchanges and the mutilation and cancellation of security certificates received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, based on a certificate from Cameo Corporate Services Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA).

L.T. Elevator Limited announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 4,61,000 equity shares on a preferential basis for consideration other than cash, which involved a swap of the entire equity share capital of Ricardo Elevators Private Limited. The shares were allotted to Ms. Muralidharan Akshaya, Ms. Chandrakala Kallepelli, Ms. Prathyusha Peddeham, and Ms. Deepika Hemnani, increasing the company`s issued and paid-up equity share capital to Rs 21,72,41,330 consisting of 2,17,24,133 equity shares of Rs 10 each, with an issue price of Rs 281.86 per share.

Elevator Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that trading in the company`s securities, scrip code 544518, will be closed for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.

L. T. Elevator announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 13 June 2026.
