Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Limited, formerly Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Private Limited, will commence operations of a new cloud kitchen outlet at Plot No. 82 & 83, First Floor, Block-A, Sewak Park, Uttam Nagar Gali No. 6, Dwarka, South West, Delhi -110059, effective September 14, 2026, as part of its business expansion strategy.

Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Limited, formerly Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Private Limited, informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the Director’s Report and the notice of convening the 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26, to be held through Video Conferencing or other Audio Visual means, along with the company’s 4th annual report, and appointed CS Anuj Gupta, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting of the AGM.
