Juniper Green Energy Ltd share price softened by 1.06% to Rs 247.15 after the company`s net profit eased 8.55% to Rs 30.59 crore, while revenue from operations gained 18.36% to Rs 344.66 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26. The market capitalization of Power Generation industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 10.14 lakh crore, rising 4%. It has improved by 7.32% over last one week and softened by 7.45% in last one month while the market capitalization of Juniper Green Energy Ltd has remained flat Profit before tax (PBT) of Juniper Green Energy Ltd stood at Rs 39.41 crore in Q3 FY26, rallying 35.20% year-on-year, and dropping 10.76% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 286 crore, surging by 143.06% YoY and jumping 25.01% sequentially. Total expenses witnessed a sharp rise of 25.75% to Rs 131.08 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1.22 crore, tumbling by 43.78% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 11.2 crore, surging 52.59% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 41.33% to Rs 718.93 crore, while net profit expanded by 10.91% to Rs 40.46 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 43297% to Rs 520.18 crore, and PBT saw a minor gain of 0.53% to Rs 55.19 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 469.99 crore in FY26, as against Rs 365.07 crore in FY25.

Juniper Green Energy Limited announced the incorporation of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Juniper Green Stellar Fifteen Private Limited and Juniper Green Beta Eight Private Limited, both incorporated on October 20, 2026, in India. The company subscribed to 1,50,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each in each entity, totaling Rs 30,00,000, resulting in 100% shareholding in each. The new entities will undertake activities related to the development, establishment, and operation of power generation projects in the field of renewable energy.
