Bai-Kakaji Polymers Limited announced that its members approved a special resolution at the 13th Annual General Meeting on September 12, 2026, to alter Clause III(A) of the company’s Memorandum of Association by inserting a new sub-clause 6, enabling the company to engage in the business of manufacturing, producing, and dealing in industrial machinery, moulds, equipment, and related components for agricultural, manufacturing, and allied industries.

Bai-Kakaji Polymers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2026.
