LOGICIEL SOLUTIONS LIMITED, formerly known as Logiciel Solutions Private Limited, will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.

Logiciel Solutions Limited has entered into a marketing service agreement with M/s Stori Boat Productions LLP for brand repositioning, identity refresh, and website design and development, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The total professional fee for the services is Rs 62,36,000, exclusive of goods and services tax, and the agreement, dated September 23, 2026, will remain in force until the expiry of the defect warranty period. M/s Stori Boat Productions LLP, incorporated on December 12, 2019, reported a turnover of Rs 5.86 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.

Logiciel Solutions Limited said its board approved the reappointment of Ajay Sharma as a whole-time director, along with the appointment of S U V & CO as statutory auditors for five years from the conclusion of the 15th Annual General Meeting. The company also appointed Surinder Singh as internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27 and JVP & Associates, Company Secretaries LLP, as secretarial auditors for the same period. Additionally, the board approved a borrowing limit of Rs 50 crore and authorized investments, loans, guarantees, or securities up to Rs 50 crore, along with a CSR expenditure of Rs 11.5 million towards education-related activities for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The 15th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. (IST).

Logiciel Solutions has adjourned the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 29 May 2026. The meeting will now be held on 30 May 2026.
