Admach Systems Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Monday, October 26, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Ltd. The company, formerly known as Admach Systems Private Limited, also stated that the trading window for designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.

Admach Systems Ltd. will close its trading window for securities dealings starting Thursday, October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, with the closure lasting until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026.

Admach Systems has received a purchase order worth Rs 5.01 crore for supply of two roll straightening machine from a domestic steel company. With this, the company`s current order book stands at Rs 81.71 crore.

Admach Systems will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 May 2026.

Admach Systems has received three purchase orders aggregating approximately Rs 9.46 crore (including GST) from reputed domestic industrial clients.
