Emiac Technologies Limited will close its register of members and share transfer books from Tuesday, September 2, 2026, to Monday, September 28, 2026, for the company’s 10th Annual General Meeting scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026.

Emiac Technologies Limited, formerly Emiac Technologies Private Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 4, 2026, to approve financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and consider the reappointment of Director Shivam Bhateja, as well as regularizing the appointment of Additional Director Archit Wadhwa, while also noting the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Suresh Chand Yadav.

Emiac Technologies will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 May 2026.
