Tipco Engineering India Limited, formerly Tipco Engineering India Private Limited, convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, September 17, 2026, where shareholders approved an increase in the company’s authorized share capital from Rs 25,00,00,000 to Rs 30,00,00,000, the issuance of up to 21,02,400 equity shares at Rs 180 per share, and the issuance of up to 44,16,000 fully convertible warrants at Rs 180 per warrant, aggregating up to Rs 79,48,80,000. The meeting, held via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, also approved the appointment of M/s Mittal Vaish & Co., Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors and the regularization of Sanjay Kumar as a Non-Executive Independent Director.

Tipco Engineering India Limited has acquired an industrial land parcel admeasuring approximately 13,212 square metres (3.26 acres) at Chordia Industrial Park, Village Naigaon, Taluka Khandala, District Satara – 412801, Maharashtra, for a total consideration of Rs 7.15 crore, inclusive of all expenses.

Tipco Engineering India Limited, formerly Tipco Engineering India Private Limited, announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Sonia Sharma as Whole Time Director and the appointment of M/s Mittal Vaish & Co. as Statutory Auditors for five consecutive years covering fiscal years 2026-27 to 2030-31. The board also approved revisions to the remuneration ceiling for Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Ritesh Sharma, increasing it from Rs 800,000 to Rs 1,600,000 per month, and for Whole Time Director Mrs. Sonia Sharma, raising it from Rs 400,000 to Rs 800,000 per month, both effective April 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
