Accretion Nutraveda Limited, formerly known as Accretion Nutraveda Private Limited, said its board approved alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association, including the insertion and substitution of objects in Clause III(A) and the addition of sub-clauses III(B)(58) to III(B)(69), subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. The board also approved proposals to increase borrowing limits, enhance limits for creating charges on company property, and to advance loans or provide guarantees to entities where directors may have an interest, as well as proposals for granting loans, guarantees, and investments exceeding prescribed limits.

Accretion Nutraveda announced that the 5th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 27 August 2026.

Accretion Nutraveda will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 May 2026.
