Atharva Poly-Plast Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the company`s registered office, to consider and approve the convening of the 13th Annual General Meeting through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means, approve the Notice convening the 13th AGM, consider and approve the appointment of Internal Auditors, and consider and approve authorization under Regulation 30(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
