Exato Technologies Limited, formerly Exato Technologies Private Limited, will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as announced in a filing with the BSE Limited on September 26, 2026.

Exato Technologies Ltd share price declined by 3.31% to Rs 585.0 after the company`s net profit soared by 33.02% to Rs 5.64 crore, while revenue from operations dropped sharply 28.49% to Rs 43.68 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 660% to Rs 12.08 crore, and PBT soared 75.81% to Rs 13.59 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 12.66 crore in FY26, as against Rs 14.44 crore in FY25. Exato Technologies Ltd rallied 109.45% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.05% during the same period.

Exato Technologies has received an export order worth USD 479,375 from a global entity for the provision of software licenses.

Net profit of Exato Technologies declined 24.15% to Rs 4.24 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 5.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
