The company, which became a listed entity on August 24, 2026, had previously approved its standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, on June 29, 2026.

Horizon Industrial Parks Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, September 11, 2026, to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from the auditors, and will subsequently announce the results to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Horizon Industrial Parks Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it is closing its trading window for securities dealings from August 24, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, with reopening scheduled 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
