Bagmane Realty Investment Manager Private Limited, acting as investment manager to Bagmane Prime Office REIT, announced that members of its Senior Management team will participate in a session hosted by Ambit REITs & Alternative Real Estate Conference for investors on Tuesday, September 08, 2026, to facilitate an understanding of Bagmane Prime Office REIT`s portfolio, and may hold group meetings and one-on-one meetings.

Bagmane Realty Investment Manager Private Limited, acting as investment manager to Bagmane Prime Office REIT, will hold meetings with Edelweiss Mutual Fund and research analysts on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, to facilitate an understanding of Bagmane Prime Office REIT`s portfolio.

Bagmane Prime Office REIT reported a net operating income of INR 6.6 billion for the period May 8th to June 30th, distributing INR 1.5 per unit and maintaining a debt of INR 23 billion. Management expressed a positive outlook, emphasizing long-term value and tenant relationships while reaffirming their commitment to meeting previously stated FY27 projections for distribution per unit. The REIT is currently constructing 1 million square feet of assets, attracting significant tenant interest with updates expected next quarter, and plans to begin construction on the first of three buildings comprising a 2 million square foot future development this financial year. Two hotels, a 207-key luxury property and a 400-key corporate-focused hotel, are under development, with operator selection nearing completion and targeted completion in late 2029. The impact of recent tax changes is being calculated and will be disclosed later.
