PropShare Investment Manager Private Limited, investment manager for Property Share Investment Trust’s PropShare Celestia, a scheme with Script Symbol “PS Celestia” and Scrip Code - 544752, announced that the trading window will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
