Gulf Lloyds (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for the 12th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026, with a record date of September 23, 2026. The company has also fixed September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for shareholders to vote electronically or attend the AGM.

Gulf Lloyds (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s. Rishabh Shah and Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from financial year 2026-27 till financial year 2030-31, subject to member approval at the company`s 12th Annual General Meeting, and appointed Mr. Rishabh Shah of M/s. Rishabh Shah and Associates as the Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process at the same meeting.

Gulf Lloyds (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on September 4, 2026, to determine the date and time of its Annual General Meeting and to approve a proposal to subscribe to 9,800 equity shares of Rs 10 each in a proposed subsidiary company, representing 98% of its paid-up share capital, for a total investment of Rs 98,000.
