Merritronix Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for transactions in shares of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.

Merritronix Limited, formerly Merritronix Pvt Limited, approved the appointment of M/s. L A and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years starting from fiscal year 2026-27, and M/s. Agarwal & Ladda as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, during a board meeting held on September 3, 2026. The board also approved a working capital loan of Rs 3 crore from CSB Bank Limited and Rs 4 crore from Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) under the Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme (ECLGS), and a Memorandum of Understanding with Technid Solutions and Krisemi Design Technologies Private Limited for strategic alliance. Additionally, Merritronix approved a revision in the Managing Director’s remuneration, including a sales commission of 0.25% up to a cap of Rs 40.00 lakh per annum.
