Shanthi Gears Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Sai Krishna Alluri as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, replacing Mr. Sukanta Kumar Panigrahi who ceases to be the Interim CFO. Additionally, Ms. Helena Susan has been appointed as Head – Human Resources, succeeding Mr. Victor Dharmaraj, who is transitioning to new roles within the company. The appointments were made at a board meeting held on September 3, 2026.
