Jaykay Enterprises Limited announced it acquired an additional 25,00,000 preference shares, with a face value of Rs 100 each, for a total consideration of Rs 25,00,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary, JK Defence & Aerospace Limited, pursuant to a rights issue. The acquisition, completed on October 5, 2026, does not alter Jaykay Enterprises’ 100% ownership stake in JK Defence & Aerospace Limited, which was incorporated on July 3, 2023.

Jaykay Enterprises Limited submitted a compliance certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming compliance with dematerialization of securities, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The certificate was provided by Alankit Assignments Limited, the company’s registrar and share transfer agent.

Jaykay Enterprises Limited announced that it acquired 200,000 preference shares, with a face value of Rs 100 each, for a total consideration of Rs 20,00,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary, JK Digital & Advance Systems Private Limited, as part of a rights issue. JK Digital, incorporated in July 2023, reported a turnover of Rs 47.49 lakh for the fiscal year 2025-26 and is engaged in digital and IT services, with its registered office in New Delhi. The acquisition, completed on October 5, 2026, will utilize net proceeds from the rights issue and does not alter Jaykay Enterprises’ 100% ownership of JK Digital.
