Loyal Textile Mills Ltd share price crashed 8.50% to Rs 217.5 after the company`s net profit tanked by 93.78% to Rs 1.5 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 5.16% to Rs 86.06 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) of Loyal Textile Mills Ltd stood at Rs 2.4 crore in Q2 FY26, tumbling by 89.47% year-on-year, and nosediving by 93.29% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2 crore, tanking 84.02% YoY and crashing by 47.64% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 3.50% to Rs 91.19 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 38.76 crore, marginally falling by 2.12% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 18.95 crore, surging 27.78% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations slumped by 33.16% to Rs 627.78 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 82.78% to Rs 6.8 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA tumbled by 12758% to Rs 57.49 crore, and PBT collapsed by 37.18% to Rs 35.12 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 0.0 crore in FY26, as against Rs 106.08 crore in FY25. Loyal Textile Mills Ltd nosedived by 30.56% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.21% during the same period.
