Mirae Mutual Fund has launched a new fund named Mirae Asset Fixed Maturity Plan - Series III - 1122 Days, a close ended income scheme. The tenure of the scheme is 1122 days from the date of allotment. The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit. The new issue will be open for subscription from 08 March 2019 to 15 March 2019. The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income through investments in debt including money market instruments and government securities maturing on or before the date of maturity of the scheme.The scheme offers two options viz. growth and dividend option. The dividend option shall have only dividend payout option. The scheme would invest 80% - 100% of its assets in debt securities and government securities with medium risk profile and upto 20% of assets in money market instruments with low risk profile. Minimum application amount is Rs 5000 and in multiples of Rs 1 thereafter. The fund seeks to collect a minimum subscription (minimum target) amount of Rs 20 crore under the scheme during the NFO period. Entry load and exit load charge will be nil for the scheme.
