As per the circular issued by the National Stock Exchange of India (click here) and BSE Limited (click here) respectively it is necessary for the customer to link their PAN with Aadhaar.

The last date specified by the regulatory circular for linkage of Aadhaar with PAN is March 31, 2022 post which all non-Aadhaar linked PANs will be treated as invalid, and further you may not be able to trade through your trading account.

In case you are having any Open Position in Emargin / Margin Trading Funding (MTF) and / or  Derivatives segment and your PAN & Aadhaar are not linked then your open positions will tentatively be squared off on or before 31^st March 2022.

You are requested to link your PAN with Aadhaar by March 31, 2022 for hassle free investment experience.

In case of any joint holder in demat a/c we request you to link your PAN & Aadhaar for all the respective holders in demat a/c.
