Aarti Drugs Limited has announced Cash Offer to Buyback of up to 2,82,100 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each (Equity Shares), representing up to 1.20% of the total number of issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company, from all the equity shareholders/ beneficial owners of the Company who holds Equity Shares as on the record date i.e. Friday, March 29, 2019 (Record Date), on a proportionate basis, through the tender offer using stock exchange mechanism  (Tender Offer), at a price of Rs. 900/- per Equity Share (Buyback Price) for an aggregate amount up to Rs 25,38,90,000/- (Buyback Size) excluding the Transaction Cost, from May 03, 2019 to May 16, 2019.
