Treatment of Inactive A/C
This is in reference to the Exchange circulars NSE/INSP/43488 and 20200210-47 dated February 10, 2020 and subsequent circulars NSE/INSP/46506 and 20201201-27 dated December 01, 2020 respectively on the Treatment of Inactive Trading Accounts. As per the said circulars the accounts with no transactions for a period of 12 months needs to be marked as "inactive".
Post this, you need to do a re-activation process with us before you are able to transact again and to know about re-activation process we request you to refer the communication sent on your registered email/contact no. and on the basis of availability of CKYC no. follow the process provided in the below link to reactivate your account.

- If CKYC No. is not available (only for retail individual clients)
- If CKYC No. is not available (only for Non-individual account)
