Ajanta Pharma Limited (the “Company”), has announced Cash offer for Buyback of not exceeding 7,69,230 (Seven Lakh Sixty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Thirty) fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, representing 0.87% of the total number of equity shares in the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company, from all the existing shareholders/ beneficial owners of equity shares of the Company as on the Record Date i.e. Tuesday, February 12, 2019 on a proportionate basis, through the “Tender Offer” process at a price of Rs. 1,300/- (Rupees One Thousand Three Hundred Only) per equity share for an aggregate consideration not exceeding Rs. 100 crores (Rupees One Hundred Crores Only) from February 28, 2019 to March 14, 2019
