All Market Participants are hereby informed that  Open Offer is made (“Offer”) by Mrs. Sangeeta Pareekh (Acquirer 1), Mr. Dinesh Pareekh (Acquirer 2) and M/s BLP Equity Research (P) Limited (Acquirer 3) (Hereinafter collectively referred to as "Acquirers") to the shareholders of Anisha Impex Limited to Acquire Up to 42,72,372 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each representing 26% of the total equity/voting share capital of Target Company at a price of Rs 13.00/- (Rupees Thirteen Only) per fully paid equity share payable in Cash, from March 22, 2018 to April 06, 2018.
