All Market Participants are hereby informed that Bharat Electronics Limited (“Company”) cash Offer for Buyback of not exceeding 2,03,97,780 (Two Crore Three Lakhs Ninety Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty) fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 1/- each, representing 0.83% of the total number of equity shares in the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Equity share capital of the Company, from all the existing shareholders/ beneficial owners of equity shares of the company as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, February 9, 2018 on a proportionate basis, through the “Tender Offer” process at a price of Rs 182.50 (Rupees One Hundred Eighty Two And Fifty Paise Only) per equity share for an aggregate consideration not exceeding Rs 372,25,94,850/- (Rupees Three Hundred Seventy Two Crore Twenty Five Lakhs Ninety Four Thousand Eight Hundred And Fifty Only)from March 05, 2018 to March 16, 2018.
