Bosch Limited - Buyback

Bosch Limited (the “Company”), has announced offer to Buyback up to 10,27,100 (Ten Lakh Twenty Seven Thousand One Hundred) fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each (“Equity Shares”) representing 3.365% of the total number of equity shares in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company from the eligible shareholders holding equity shares as on Friday, December 21, 2018 (the “Record Date”), on a proportionate basis. This is by way of a Tender Offer through stock exchange mechanism, for cash at a price of Rs 21,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Thousand Only) per equity share, payable for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 21,56,91,00,000 (Rupees Two Thousand One Hundred Fifty Six Crores Ninety One Lakh Only) (“Buyback”) from February 06, 2019 to February 20, 2019.
