Update your Details
This is in continuation to our earlier communication in this regard. In line with the circulars issued by the Exchanges : Contact number, Email id & Income range updation is a mandatory requirement.
We request you to do the needful at the earliest.
Please follow the steps given below to update your mobile number , email id and income range through our web portal and mobile app.
Through Website
- Visit website www.hdfcsec.com
- Click on ‘Login' button on the top right corner
- Login into your account by entering your Login ID, Password and DOB
- Click on ‘Account Setting’ icon on extreme top right corner.
- Click on ‘Change Contact Details’ link
- You will be able to change/update your Email ID and Mobile number on this page
- Please update the ‘income range’ and click " submit " before exiting
Through Mobile App
- Login on Mobile App
- Go to Menu icon on top left hand corner
- Click on your name / trading account no. on top of the menu
- You will be navigated to Profile Screen
- On the profile screen, scroll down and click on the Personal Details Tab
- Under Personal details tab click on 'Edit KYC Details'
- Fill your details
- Click on 'Update KYC'
Note
- If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot Password’button
- Next, click on ‘Change Password using Net-banking’ and follow the steps given
- Go back and click to login again with your new password and update your email id and mobile number as instructed above
