Danube Industries Ltd - Buyback

Open Offer by Mr Sunil Rajdev (Acquirer), to acquire up to 15,00,000 equity shares, of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (Offer Shares), representing 30% of the total voting share capital of Danube Industries Limited (hereinafter referred to as the 'Target Company'), on a fully diluted basis, as of the tenth working day from the closure of the tendering period of the Open Offer (Voting Share Capital), from the eligible shareholders of the Target Company for cash at a price of Rs. 5.50/- per Equity Share pursuant to SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, from April 10, 2019 to April 25, 2019.
