Expleo Solutions Limited (formerly known as SQS India BFSI Limited), has announced offer for a buyback of not exceeding 4,60,896 fully paid-up equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 550/- per equity share payable in cash for a total consideration not exceeding Rs 25,34,92,800 from the equity shareholders / beneficial owners of equity shares of the Company as on Record date, i.e. April 12, 2019, on a proportionate basis through the tender offer route, from May 30, 2019 to June 13, 2019.
