FDC LTD Buyback

FDC Limited has announced the buyback of up to 34,30,000 of fully paid-up Equity Shares. The Equity Shares consist of 1.93% of the total number of equity shares in the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of share is Rs 1/- each at a price of Rs 350/- per Equity Share for an aggregate amount up to Rs 120.05 crores. FDC invites to tender your shares from Mar 12 - 23, 2018.
