Frontline Securities Ltd Buyback

Frontline Securities Limited has announced cash offer to Buyback up to 18,90,027 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each, representing 15.94% of the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Frontline Securities Limited, as on March 31, 2018. The Buyback will be undertaken on a proportionate basis, from the eligible Shareholders holding Equity Shares as on May 24, 2019 (Record Date), by way of a Tender Offer through the stock exchange mechanism, for cash at a price of Rs 40/- per Equity Share, for an aggregate amount of up to Rs 7,56,01,080 representing 24.99% of the Paid-up share Capital and Free Reserves of the Company, as per the Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018, from June 17, 2019 to June 28, 2019.
