Geecee Ventures Limited - Buyback

GeeCee Ventures Limited, has announced cash offer to buyback up to 8,14,815 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each, representing 3.75% of the total number of equity shares in the issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company as at March 31, 2019 from all the Equity Shareholders as on the Record Date, i.e. June 7, 2019 on a proportionate basis, through the "Tender Offer" route using stock exchange mechanism, at a price of Rs 135 per Equity Share for an aggregate maximum consideration not exceeding Rs 1,100 lakhs (the Buyback Offer Size), from June 26, 2019 to July 09, 2019.
