Open Offer by Mr Suresh Atluri (Acquirer 1), Mr Surinder Kumar Tikoo (Acquirer 2), Mr Parthasarthi Bhattacahrya (Acquirer 3) and Mr Satish Kumar Tondapu (Acquirer 4) along with Mrs Sailaja Mannepalli (PAC 1) and Mr Srinivasa Rao Paturi (PAC 2) make a cash offer to acquire up to 58,01,200 equity shares of Rs 10/- each (Equity Shares) at a price of Rs 40/- per equity share, representing 26.00% of the equity share capital of Grandeur Products Limited (hereinafter referred to as  GPL /Target Company), in accordance with the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, from the existing shareholders of Grandeur Products Limited from April 08, 2019 to April 23, 2019.
