Dear All,

We hope that you and your family are safe and sound in these trying times. We thank you for putting your best effort towards the organization's goals and helping our customers with any assistance they may need. However, this is also a great opportunity to learn a new skill or sharpen the existing ones.
HSL brings to you a platform where you can showcase your talents and inspire others to share their skills with all of us. Please find below a list of activities you may choose from and certain guidelines of how to share your material. If you are good at something which is not there on the list, please feel free to submit it as well.

Video Guidelines/ Format:

1. Shoot the video from your smart phone / camera relevant to the theme by following the guidelines given below.
2. Submit your video (Minimum 1) which has been shot in 2019 or 2020.
3. Participants must upload the video on their Facebook & Instagram pages while tagging HDFC SECURITIES (Facebook Page - @hdfcsecurities and Instagram - hdfcsec)
4. Do not use commercial copyrighted music or videos.
5. Videos must not contain obscene language or content, including but not limited to: nudity, profanity or graphic violence.
6. All information presented in the video must be cited, giving credit to the original source. Plagiarism of any kind will result in disqualification.
7. Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses (April 30, 2020).
8. The winners will be declared on HSL social media platforms.
9. Plagiarism will not be tolerated and such entries will be immediately disqualified.
10. Please provide your E-code and name while submitting your entry.

Evaluation Criteria’s :

• Content of video (in line with the theme as stated above)
• Creativity of video
• Effectiveness in reaching to the target audience
• Overall quality of video
