INDIAN ENERGY EXCHANGE LTD Buyback

Indian Energy Exchange Limited has announced Cash Offer for Buyback, not exceeding 37,29,729/- fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each, representing 1.23% of the total number of equity shares in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company, as on March 31, 2018, from all the eligible shareholders/beneficial owners of equity shares of the Company, as on the Record Date, i.e. Friday, February 15, 2019. This buyback is on a proportionate basis, through the “Tender Offer” (through Stock Exchange mechanism) for Cash, at a price of Rs. 185/- per equity share, for an aggregate consideration not exceeding Rs. 69,00,00,000/-, from 22 March, 2019 to 4 April, 2019.
