All Market Participants are hereby informed that M C Data Systems Private Limited (“Acquirer 1”) and Inswell IT Applications Private Limited (“Acquirer 2”) have announced the Delisting Offer to acquire 8,344,478 Equity Shares (“Offer Shares”) representing 25.02% of the total paid up equity share capital of face value of Rs. 10 /- each of Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Limited (“the Company”) through the reverse book building process in accordance with SEBI Delisting Regulations from October 11, 2018 to October 17, 2018.
