James Warren Tea Limited has announced cash offer to Buyback up to 23,25,000 fully paid-up Equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each, representing 24.99 % of the total number of equity shares in the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on December 31, 2018, from all the Shareholders of the Company as on Friday, May 17, 2019 (Record Date). This is on a proportionate basis through the (Tender Offer) route, at a buyback price of Rs 115/- per equity share payable in cash, from June 19, 2019 to July 02, 2019.
