Hereby informed that Lovable Lingerie Limited (the “Company”) has made Cash Offer for Buy-back of up to 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs) fully paid-up Equity Shares of the Company of face value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each (“Equity Share(s)”) from all the fully paid-up Equity Shareholders/ beneficial owners of the Equity Shares of the Company as on the record date i.e. Friday, December 8, 2017 (“Record Date”), on a proportionate basis, through the Tender Offer Route using stock exchange mechanism (“Tender Offer”), at a price of Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty Only) per Equity Share (“Buy-back Price”) for a total consideration aggregating upto Rs. 50,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores Only) from January 08, 2018 to January 19, 2018.
