Metroglobal Limited – Buyback

Metroglobal Limited, has announced cash offer to Buyback of up to 40,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of the Company of face value Rs 10/- from all the shareholders holding Equity Shares/ beneficial owners of equity shares of the company, as on the Record Date i.e., Friday, 12 April, 2019, on a proportionate basis, through the Tender Offer route using stock exchange mechanism at a price of Rs 56 per equity share for an aggregate amount, not exceeding Rs 22,40,00,000 excluding cost such as fees, brokerage, securities transaction tax, goods and services tax, stamp duty etc. As per the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on 31 March, 2018 from 4 May, 2019 to 27 May, 2019.
