Larsen & Toubro Limited has made a cash offer of Rs 980 per fully paid up equity share, of the face of Rs 10 each, to acquire up to 5,13,25,371 Equity Shares, representing 31.00% of the Voting Share capital. This will be under the SEBI SAST Regulations to the shareholders of Mindtree Limited, from June 17, 2019 to June 28, 2019.
