All Market Participants are hereby informed that  Open Offer (“Offer”) by Mr. Jose Charles Martin (“Acquirer”)  To the Shareholder(s) of ONESOURCE TECHMEDIA LIMITED (“Target Company) to acquire upto 25,97,000 (Twenty Five Lacs Ninety Seven Thousand Only) Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Offer Shares"), representing 40% of the total Voting Share Capital of the Target Company on a fully diluted basis, as of the tenth working day from the closure of the tendering period of the open offer (“Voting Share Capital”), from the eligible shareholders of the Target Company for cash at a price of Rs. 14/- per equity share from April 19, 2018 to May 04, 2018.
