PBM Polytex Limited has announced Cash Offer to Buyback up to 12,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each, from all the shareholders holding Equity Shares/beneficial owners of Equity Shares of the Company, as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, March 08, 2019, on proportionate basis, through Tender Offer Route using stock exchange mechanism, at a price of Rs 80/- per Equity Share, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 10,00,00,000/- from April 11, 2019 to April 26, 2019.
