TRIVENI TURBINE LTD - BuyBack

All market participants are hereby informed that Triveni Turbine Limited (the company) has announced Offer to Buyback up to 66,66,666 (Sixty six lakhs sixty six thousand six hundred and sixty six only) fully paid-up equity shares of the Company of the face value of Rs. 1/- each, representing 2.02% of the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity shares of the Company, from all eligible shareholders as on Record Date, i.e., Friday, 28th of December, 2018. The aforementioned Offer to Buyback will be on a proportionate basis, through the “tender offer” process, at a price of Rs. 150 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Only) per equity share, payable in cash, for an aggregate maximum amount of Rs. 100,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred Crore Only) excluding the transaction costs from 14th of January, 2019, to 25th of January, 2019.
