Rollover involves carrying forward of Futures positions from one series, to the next one.

 

A Roll Over consist of two actions simultaneously,

  1. Close the existing position of the current month
  2. Open a new position in the next month’s contract

 

With the help of Rollover spread window, now you can rollover the Future position in single order. Mentioned below are some of the most noteworthy features of the same :-

 

  • Save time to Rollover your Future position
  • Rollover your Stock/Index Future in one single order
  • You can also place your desire bid/ask spread to rollover your position. Once it matches your Bid/Ask price your position in Future contract will get automatically Rollover to the next series.
  • In high volatile market this feature will help you to rollover quickly and with desired spread without any slippages
  • This feature is available for Index and Stock Future both.

 

Functionality:-

Rollover spread window is available in website under mPowered. Below are the steps to place Rollover spread order

  1. Under Derivative --à Click on Spread order
  2. Select Buy Spread/Sell Spread
  3. Type the desired Underlying symbol under FUTIDX/FUTSTK you wish to Rollover your future position
  4. Then select the Expiry you want to rollover your position

Select Limit Price and under Price Difference type the desired bid/ask price. You can see the LTP for your reference price  the right hand side of the order window

Under mPowered select Add Security----> Select NSE-à Select FUTSTK/FUTIDX-à Select Symbol-à Then Select the Expiry date you wish to rollover your Future position

Rollover spread order is available for Index Futures and Stock Futures

In spread order window select Buy Spread to Rollover Long Position
