Shanthi Gears Limited (the “Company”), has announced Cash Offer for Buyback of up to 50,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each, representing approximately 6.12% of the total number of equity shares in the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company, from the existing shareholders / beneficial owners of equity shares of the Company as on the Record Date, i.e., February 08, 2019, on a proportionate basis, through the “Tender Offer” route at a price of Rs. 140/- (Rupees One Hundred and Forty Only) per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 70,00,00,000 (Rupees Seventy Crores Only) from March 13, 2019 to March 27, 2019.
