Shervani Industrial Syndicate Limited has announced offer for Buyback of up to 4,15,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each, representing 13.32% of the total number  of equity shares in the  issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company, as on March 31, 2018,  from all the shareholders of the Company as on Friday, March 29, 2019 (Record Date), on a proportionate basis, through the (Tender offer’) route, at a Buyback price of Rs 500/- per equity share, payable in cash for an an aggregate consideration not exceeding Rs 20,75,00,000/- from May 09, 2019 to May 22, 2019.
